Returns

Bought something online, but it’s not what the customer expected it to be. Don’t worry, return an item during the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be intact and in the same condition that the customer received it. Here's how to return an item:

  • Call our customer service hotline with order details for assistance.
  • Return the item along with all the original packing materials and accessories intact and if available, attach the packing slip that came with the item, too.
  • The delivery charge must be paid in case of return.

In the Case Of Pre-Payment

  • In the event that items are not delivered for any reason within 10 days of receiving payment (excluding the period required by the specific payment medium), GoSell.com.bd will refund the customer using the same method (debit card, credit card, bank transfer, mobile financial service, etc.). The customer will get a notification of the reimbursement through email, SMS, phone, or any other available means.
  • Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, a GoSell.com.bd. return specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within one day, and a credit will be applied to the payment method used within 10 days after approval of your return.

In the Case Of Cash On Delivery (COD)

Simply inform the delivery executive of your decision to return the product on arrival. You are entitled to get a No Questions Asked (NQA) privilege as a valuable client.
